Guitar Lessons with James (“we,” “our,” “us”) offers online guitar courses, including Unlocking Chord Inversions and other lessons available now or in the future.

2. Personal Use Only

When you enroll in one of our courses, you’re buying a personal license to access the materials.

• You may watch, download (if allowed), and use the course content for your own learning.

• You may not share your login details, give away, resell, or redistribute the materials in any way.

All videos, PDFs, and course content remain the property of Guitar Lessons with James.

3. Payments

Payments are handled securely by third-party providers such as PayPal and Stripe. We do not store your full payment details. By enrolling, you also agree to their terms of service.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund for all courses purchased directly from us.

• To request a refund, email us at folkyeah@guitarlessonswithjames.com within 7 days of purchase.

• Refund requests made after 7 days will not be honored.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Playing guitar involves physical activity, which may carry a risk of repetitive strain, tendonitis, or other injuries. By enrolling in our courses, you agree that you are responsible for your own health and safety and that Guitar Lessons with James is not liable for any injury or health issue that may arise.

6. Results Disclaimer

We want you to improve as a guitarist, but your progress depends on your practice and effort. We cannot and do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or outcomes from our courses.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy (available on our website).

8. Technology & Availability

We do our best to keep our website and courses running smoothly. However, we cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components like viruses or malware.
